Clitoral Stimulation With Fingers
The clitoris is rife with nerve endings that send signals across the pubic region and the rest of the body. A slight touch on the engorged clitoris will create various sensations that all amount to heightened sexual pleasure and orgasmic spasms. But before a woman can feel extreme arousal from clitoral stimulation with fingering, some conditions must be met.
Even when the sex is rough, a man or the woman herself should take care not to cause clitoral soreness by biting, nibbling or rapid rubbing. The fingers must also be lubricated before direct contact with the most sensitive part of the clitoris, the glans.
The clitoral glans is the pink tip of the clitoris. This part can easily be desensitized by too much rubbing. This part of the clitoris can seen only when the folds of the outer vaginal lips are spred wide and the prepuce covering the pink tip of the clitoris is pulled back slightly. All the covering may have a physiological purpose. They may be to prevent over-stimulation of the glans which could be painful to women.
When it comes to clitoral fondling there’s such a thing called over-stimulation. The skin on the glans of the clitoris is so sensitive that even exposure to air can cause an overload in the nerve endings in the organ. Instead of pleasure, the woman feels a scorching pain, like that she would feel when she gets burned. Only, the pain is magnified because of the dense network of nerves in the glans.
There are many ways to use fingers for stimulating the clitoris and increasing sexual pleasure. The first one is by putting pressure on the mound. The mound is the fleshy part of the vagina where hair grows. When the mound is massaged erotically, the vaginal lips covering the clitoris on both sides as well as the muscles on the mound itself press on the clitoris. By doing this, the whole clitoral area as well as the glans is given a gentle massage. Sufficient and consistent pressure on the mound will lead to clitoral orgasm.
Gentle rubbing over the entire vulva, with inadvertent touching of the clitoris or the skin covering it can also lead to orgasm. If the woman is already in a fairly high state of arousal, these accidental brushing of the clitoris can send a jolt of pleasure. If this is done to warm the woman up, five minutes of gentle vulva fondling can increase the woman’s state of arousal.
One easy way to perform indirect or direct clitoral massage is to glide two fingers on the skin flanking the clitoris. Up and down motion will encourage further engorgement of the clitoris until the pink tip peeks through the tight prepuce covering it.
Ideally, the man should massage the clitoris with one hand and insert two to three fingers inside the vagina to stimulate the ‘hidden’ parts of the clitoris (including the g spot). This is best done during oral sex.
